PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
All prices on the website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
To use and access The Vape and Grind website you must be 18 years or over.
The products available on www.vapeandgrind.com.au/ are intended for use by persons of legal smoking age, these products are not for use by minors or children, people with allergies, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, persons with, or at risk of, heart or vascular disease, high blood pressure, low-blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, COPD or other pulmonary conditions.
If in doubt as to whether these products are suitable for you, please consult a physician prior to use. Use these products at your own risk.
By continuing to use this site and purchase products, you verify that you are over 18 years of age and that you agree to these terms and conditions.
Warranty
All items sold by Vape and Grind are classified into two classes for warranty purposes, Consumable Warranty and Express warranty products
Consumable Warranty is a DOA (dead on arrival) warranty valid for 24 hours from date of purchase and covers items for failure on initial use; Such as Batteries, Tanks, Atomizers Coils, RDA’s, RTA’s, RDTA’s, items deemed as consumables are designed to be replaced over time and do not come with any kind of warranty unless received as DOA.
Express Warranty is specified as warranty from defects of manufacture for a reasonable period, at this point in time designated as 3 months (90 days) from date of purchase: This warranty covers Standalone battery chargers, Starter kits and Mods (removable battery) Mods (Inbuilt battery)
Please note that when using any kind of battery, extreme care must be taken. The batteries available from Vape and Grind are advanced Type batteries and we take no responsibility or liability for misuse, damage, injury to a person, item or other personal effects as a result of use of these items.
By purchasing a standalone battery, battery Charger or Mod or item with a built in battery from our store, you assume the full risk of use and damage of this item.
Micro USB ports (where designated for charging purposes) are not covered by warranty for physical damage, these ports are inherently subject to fair use as such all care must be taken when plugging/unplugging your device from power supply. Please note that some devices contain a micro USB port solely for the purpose of firmware updates. USB ports should not be used as a primary means for charging your batteries it is always recommended for any device that has removable batteries to use an approved external type balance charger (Standalone Charger)
Every attempt for best care must be taken to ensure that you handle any kind of battery correctly including but not limited to:
Ensuring the battery does not make contact with liquid including E-liquid/E-juice
Ensuring the battery is kept in a protective case when not in use.
Ensuring the battery is not damaged due to exposure or as a result of damage to the battery wrap.
Ensuring that a battery Polarity is correct when inserting batteries in your device (that the positive and negative ends are in the correct positions)
Ensuring the battery is kept away from heat, flames and direct sunlight

Payment:
Payment for all orders must be made in advance via our online checkout via PayPal. The PayPal checkout is also able to accept Credit Card payments without a PayPal account. Please choose products carefully. All payments are final and orders cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
Order processing:
No orders will be processed until funds have been received.
We endeavour to process orders within 24 hours of receiving your order and payment.
Orders are shipped within 1 business working day.
Orders received on the weekend or QLD Public Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business weekday.
All parcels shipped by www.vapeandgrind.com.au include a tracking number this will be emailed when your order is shipped.
If you require signature on delivery or insurance for lost/stolen/damaged parcels, these options are available when confirming your purchase.
If no one is available at your nominated shipping address and 'Signature on Delivery' option has not been selected then Australian Post has the authority to leave your parcel in a secure location of their choosing.
Lost, damaged or Stolen Packages:
If for any reason you do not receive a package that is marked as delivered, it is your responsibility to resolve this issue with the post office. We will do our best to help you resolve the problem by providing you with tracking number details and dates of shipment, Please understand though that this is completely beyond our control and does require you contact the post office for assistance.
Refund Policy:
In the case that an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations under current law, which may include refunding the purchase price, delivery charges; or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned unused and in the same condition as it was sent in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase.
All of our eliquid/ejuices are made using USP food grade ingredients; propylene glycol, vegetable glycerine and food grade flavourings and should therefore be handled as you would treat food.
Due to health regulations we are unable to refund or exchange any liquid products.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if the item doesn't meet the customers "expectations" for opened and used products. If the item is still in it's original packaging and has not been used, then we are happy to offer an exchange or an in store credit, whichever the customer requests. The customer is responsible for sending the item back and paying for postage charges.
Juice:
Please keep in mind with regards to juice that flavour is subjective. And everyone has different tastes. Also different setups can affect the flavours.
